What Is Serviced Accommodation?
Serviced accommodation offers a different approach to hotels as they are equipped with the same amenities and utilities a home would usually have. The features are also similar to high end hotels but provide more space, functionality and comfort that comes with staying in an apartment or house.

Serviced accommodation is a great strategy to increase your rental income above the standard letting rates. With interest rates on the rise, and inflation rates the highest they have been since September 2008, now more than ever landlords are looking alternative ways to maximise their monthly cash flow.
Serviced Accommodation can also offer some intriguing tax benefits to property owners who utilise their property as short-term lets. Section 24 does not apply to properties utilised as Serviced Accommodation which means you claim back all mortgage interest as tax deductibles as well as costs related to running the Serviced Accommodation. With normal rental units you can only deduct 20% of mortgage interest.
